(Read the forums daily). Thought i might say my opinon not that it matters since everyone got opinons like asses.)
What i am impressed with this band is that you go higher with each album you create. Never stops suprise me with every album you managed to deliver, Its getting better with each time and that what makes your band unique.
And i am looking forward very much on the new album, as i have seen you fella's gonna go even higher then IHMN. Just hope you guys get the attention you deserve. |

I don't think this review has been posted yet... I checked the first 8 pages of this topic and then I got fed up.

| Quote: | | I like the fact that this band tries to envision a hell on earth, and come pretty damn close to portraying a scenery of unfolding armageddon. The tracks never rise up to anything close to U.S. brutality, in fact most of the album stays in a rich midtempo, alternating between killer riffs and melodies of the highest Swedish shelf and several atmospheric sections with industrial sampling, second wave Black Metal keyboards and doom laden guitars. 8.5/10 |

"U.S." Brutality?
As in american?
Hello we're pigs in pain and can't actually growl properly ... U.S. Brutality indeed.
Apart from that line and the "Black Metal Keyboards" line that was an alright review. _________________ Run with scissors. |

THE PROJECT HATE pushes the boundaries and bring new things to Death Metal, which is something many fans of the genre have longed for.
I dig when people understand things. _________________

| I think this is a great album! All the songs are great, the begining whit annihilation of all that is holy is fucking great! it's like a punch on your head, and then the rest of the album is something that keeps me with no words. Congratulations for this great album, and looking forward for the next one! |

I'm so glad I have this album too. I swear, after so many disappointments from bands I used to listen to, I just glad there are still bands out there that make kick ass metal and haven't compromised themselves creatively. "Tear down the walls of heaven'' is my absolute favourite of the album. Dunno what it is, but the whole idea of bringing down heaven, just appeals to me massively...must be my religious upbringing backfiring...lol. Just like "Can't wait" this song gives me absolute chills. Good stuff basically |

It took me some time ta acquire In Hora Mortis Nostrae , none the less , I really love this masterpiece by the Hate ! With that said , I really like how Ms Jo and Jorgen do more vocal dueling ( pardon the exsprestion ) . The whole structuring of this album , musically and vocally is fucking fantastic ! One of the most impressive things I noticed ( in my opinion and to me ) was how Ms Jo brought back memories of Mia Stahl ! ! ! Whether that was intentional or not I don't know ? And Damnation Is Forced Upon The Weak , For Our Name Is Chaos Eternal and The Innocence Of The Three-Faced Saviour are the ones that bring back the memories . I only speak for myself .
Looking forward to the next Hate cd ! |

Pretty cool album. The first one I've heard from TPH, by the way. Actually, I discovered Torture Division first, and then I found this TPH guys. Track 6 intro (I can't remember the title...) is beyond awesome!!!!!!!!!! _________________ "This is a ghost town, Alive with the echoes of failures fled, Lit up by shining faces, That parade these streets..."

Well SHIT! I haven't been that active but have managed to listen to the entire album and I have to say my favorite part is truly from "The Innocence Of The Three-Faced Saviour" at 6:45 to 6:51.
Jo's voice gave me chills.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Farewell my love…
There’s a way to escape this life
Trust me, take my hand…
And prayers won’t help you now…
Death won’t wait, there’s no glory in God
No resurrection
The bible is cursed"
Fucking loved this and ah hell I loved it all. I look forward to the new album  |
Well I got the hora album when the last batch of t shirts were on sale. I think I've listened to it a million times since then so you can guess what I think of it..
When it comes to giving "In Hora Mortis Nostræ" a score I'd say 9/10. The only reason this amazing album isn't a 10 is because it didn't have the same impact AME had on me, which is probably my favourite album. _________________ I love Roman lions |
Back at ya, Lou.
Mazza didn't have the motivation anymore for TPH - but that's old news. He's still alive and well and is to become the world champion of Guitar Hero. _________________
I realise this is old news to you guys but I'm new to the forums. I have 3 TPH CDs but never got round to getting In Hora... I've just spent the last half hour hunting online - not just UK - and still no luck!
Anyone any ideas???
All the best with the new one! |
