Too bad it ended up clashing with Cannibal Corpse in the end after all. I'm still not that into the songs, but it was a nice gig, and Tobben is an animal on the kit. That's some grade A blasting for sure.

We didn't exactly suffer from the collision with CC it seemed. The place was pretty fucken packed. I have no idea why they changed their stage time though...
And yes, Tobben sure is a fucken beast.

Yes the place was packed, had it been more people they would've closed the doors which they actually did on Vader later that evening and put up a sign that the place was Full.
CC switched slot with Mayhem because their bus was running late, or at least that's the rumour I heard.

The hungover from the days at Getaway Rock is finally coming to an end. About fucking time.
I don't know if there are any words to describe last Saturday, except it was beyond amazing. Everybody was in such great spirits and everybody just knew it was gonna be one of the greatest days in a long time.
Met upp with K, K and Tobben on the back of the festival area around noon when they arrived. I arranged that my club colleague Sophie was TD's minder during the festival, since she's absolutely the best and know the guys. Why not keep it in the family and make everybody feel at ease.
The gig. It was emotional to stand at the side of the stage hearing the intro, watching the blue stage light and hearing the crowd getting more intense as the guys enter the stage to start the torture. Top notch performance, as simple as that. And having my brothers in F.K.Ü. in the building and on stage was a pure joy. Fucking maniacs, haha.
It was an intense and short gig for sure, but never the less it was the best performance I've seen by TD. The finale with F.K.Ü. on stage was pure fucking love right there
Thanks to all the people who filmed and took pictures at the gig
I pulled double duties on the Saturday and needed to head back to my other assignment after the gig. Around midnight it was time for TD to do an interview. This was three hours after the show. Keep in mind that the bottle of Jack and beers had started to go down right after the show. Finally I got hold of K and J in the backstage bar and tried to get them to realise that they were going to do an interview right at that time. Since there were a lot of friends and other people wanting to talk to them, besides being in a world of drunkness, they had difficulties in focusing. After 20 minutes or so I asked Sophie (who works with kids between 2 and 6) to "pleeeaaassee help me get these retards up to the press area!". She took K in the arm, told him nice and quiet:
- Kenth, you have to go do this interview now. You're getting a bit late, and we don't want that, do we?
- Jörgen!! We must go now! We have an interview!
Hahahaha... I laughed my ass off. Do you guys remember anything from that interview?

Can't say I remember too much of the interview. I think J did most of the talking, for better or for worse, haha...
