Damn that is a nice looking house. And a VERY nice location too from what I can see. Congratulations!
I know you don't like letting people hear anything unfinished, but is there ANY hope for a demo of a demo of any of the upcoming material for the new album? A snippet of some Symphobia 2 orchestration perhaps? Anything? |

Update:
While in the middle of moving to my new house (The Dungeon is moved last, of course, in case there's something popping up that I just need to record ) it seems I can't really let the music be... I have started to seriously compose for the 6th track now, slowly building this monster up. As I usually point out - there's a long, long way to go before this one is finished. I have created a few minutes already though, which feels awesome. I have had this riff in my head for a while and now it was the right time to actually create something out of it. Safe to say it's a brutal piece for this track...
I listened thru the completed tunes last week and it really shows we have upped ourselves yet again. My plan is to write 2 more songs, meaning the album will have 7 diabolical symphonies in total (none of them is a 3-minute wonder, just so you know, haha). It will take the time it takes. We won't rush a thing with this album. And of course, we can't record anything until we have the funds for it - so don't forget the TPH Donation Experiment. Or buy a shirt. Or one of the very few albums we have left. Every cent goes into the funds for recording.
"Bleeding the new apocalypse" is still the epitome of what TPH is about, but that's only becoz this coming one isn't recorded yet.
You will see. _________________

Oh, and I forgot to tell you last time around... I believe I have decided on the title for the next album. As it usually does - this one just dawned on me one day, and it absolutely describes everything I am after with this one.
You'll not get a hint at this point, haha... _________________

As mentioned before, I have spent quite some hours over the last weeks working with this 6th track and it’s really shaping up now. I got all the basics down and now it’s time for some serious arrangements. Should be done in a few weeks or so, and after that there’s just one more to go before I’ll start working on the lyrics, vocal parts, solo sections and the remaining details. It’s a long way to go still, but it’s a beautiful and rewarding process. _________________

Time is 04:27 in the morning and I am working my ass off with this 6th track. Most of the structure is done, but there's some work to be made with a few guitar parts to make them sound as I want them to sound. I am also deep in the process of completing a certain part in this one that is turning out absolutely killer, but there's quite some ways to go still before I feel it's "there". It'll be a great section once it's finished though, that's for sure.
Due to limited amount of free time (having bought a house sure demands some dedication to other areas than creating music, haha) I haven't been able to work as much as I would have loved to, but this morning is being spent with the new TPH album. The structure for track 6 is pretty much done, now it's all about completing it and having it feel perfect. And I am getting there.

Thanx so much for the video, K! Sounds awesome!
And I don't really know why, but I love your teasing style - the moment the viewer/listener starts nodding his head to that riff at 0:51 (well, at least that's what I was doing when I got to that mark) - the video ends in the very next second, haha... it's great... So now I'm just sitting with a huge smile on my face and playing it again and again. It feels great.
Thanx again, and please, K, make more of these videos.... |

Goddamn, a sneak peak! I never thought we would get one of those. It sounds amazing K, waiting for this album has just become that much more difficult haha. Amazing snippet, I've got this thing on repeat |

Hahaha, you guys are too awesome. Thanx for the feedback, though it's not really a lot to comment on music wise since it's quite short and not even a completely finished part. I just felt like sharing it with ya as my digicam was laying there, all in its divinity. And now when I have figured out how fucken easy it is to do those clips - yeah, I'll definitely try to make more for you lot. To say that you deserve it is not taking things too far.

That's why it's teasers, haha... Had I let that second riff go on for you to hear, you'd think I had suddenly turned into Leif Edling. That's how much Candlemass it sounds. I just didn't wanna give it to you at this moment, just the first few strokes of it.
I'll try to keep this videos coming since it seems like you dig'em. At least it got a stunning 52 views so far, haha... _________________

My pleasure, Bitch.
And I promise, I'll try to make more of these clips as I go along. Seems like there's a bunch of people who appreciate it, as mentioned. _________________

I just have a short question. When updating the site and forums on Bleeding the New Apocalypse, it was the ”writing process for the 7th album”, and in november little more than a year ago you wrote ”7th album complete”. And now you’ve started on the writing process for album 9.
So… what have I missed? _________________ Caspian Rehbinder |

It depends on whether you count Deadmarch or not, I guess. _________________ Apparently the "Dangertits" guy is joking.

I have no fucken idea. With Deadmarch, is this our 9th album? Or 8th? I don't have the strength to count since I am too hungover. _________________

Counting Deadmarch, this is the 9th album, with BTNA being the 8th, and so forth. |

Still working on the 6th track (this is the one I have been spending most time on so far for this album, for natural reasons, aka moving into a new house etc, etc...). But there's another reason too... When I started writing it I felt it was turning into something that would eventually turn out to be the opener for the album (have in mind I already thought I had decided on the opener...). And yes, now it is... Today I am going to put down some additional bass for it since I have been working with this tune a bit more over the last few days, making it even more of a behemoth. I am extremely satisfied with how this one's turned out, and it will definitely make the impression I want it to make when it launches the album and you hear it for the first time.
After this I am continuing with the orchestras and the additional electronic parts. It's more fine-tuning now than actual composing. I can't wait until I have the last track written so I can really start working with everything and add all those millions of small details that really makes it perfect to me. But there's still some time left until that happens. Then I need to start working on all the vocal parts and whatnot, as mentioned before. But things are moving forward real nice and I can easily say that the material at hand is the material I am most proud of during my entire career. I have really stepped up a few notches composing-wise, and there will absolutely be a few things that'll make you go... "what the fuck?" when you hear it.
This will be massive. _________________
